Meet The Founder

Mark Galloway is the founder and CEO of Omega Tech of Louisiana, LLC. With over 20 years of technical experience, he is building Omega Tech of Louisiana with the core values, the right people, a successful client selection, and proven business processes for success today and into the future. 

Mark started his IT career in 1999, and from Tier 1 Help Desk Tech to Chief Information Officer (CIO), he has worked most every job imaginable. Mark has single handedly taken a privately held corporation and successfully completed the tedious IT audit process to have the company placed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He has worked for a national security contractor providing systems administration, network security, and end-user support for staff at their training facility in Baton Rouge. In his previous role, Mark served as the IT Manager for Gordon McKernan Injury Attorneys supporting 200+ users across 12 physical locations across the state of Louisiana.

Working in multiple roles within the IT industry and across two different countries, Mark has learned that what matters most in IT isn't technology at all. It’s people.

Lori Ann Galloway

Accounts Payable/Receivable

Lori has been with the company since it's inception. She has a vast amount of experience in her current role. Working for many years for two major utility companies in this capacity, Lori brings her vast knowledge and effective methods to the team and to our customers. Furthermore, most of her work history has been customer service and satisfaction oriented, in which she has always excelled. 

Lori embodies the core values of our company. Her focus on customer satisfaction, warm and friendly attitude, and high attention to detail makes her a valuable asset to the Omega Tech of Louisiana family. From the first friendly "hello" to the last "goodbye", you'll know that your issue is being handled in a professional and courteous manner.
